1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Timeframe: You may request a refund within 18 days of receiving your Cleaner-X.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories (hairbrush mouth, filter element, long suction nozzle, and container) in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@glowee.com with your order details.
  2. Package the Cleaner-X securely with all original components.
  3. Ship the product back to us using the return label we provide (or to the address we specify).
    • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your Cleaner-X arrives damaged or becomes defective within the first 15 days due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it at no cost or provide a full refund, including return shipping.
  • After 15 days, please refer to our Warranty Policy for repair or replacement options.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned Cleaner-X, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. If your Cleaner-X has already shipped, please follow the standard return process above.
